Thank you for using - LIZ LISA official store - Tokyo Kawaii Life Overseas.

During New Year Holidays, parts of our services and shipping companies will not be operating.
The shipping schedule will be as follow:

- Orders paid up to December 28th 17:00(JST) will be shipped within this year.
- Orders paid after December 28th 17:00(JST) will be shipped from January 4th in the order received.

Concerning the inquieries, our customer service will also be on holidays from December 29th to January 3rd.
Inquiries received during this period will be replied from January 4th by order.

Our shopping and ordering services are operating as normal through the holidays so you can still enjoy shopping.
