Important Notice Regarding Shipments to the United States

As of August 27 (JST), shipments to the United States via EMS have been suspended.
All U.S. orders will now be shipped via DHL.

Please carefully read the following important information before placing an order:

Due to the suspension of the duty-free (de minimis) exemption for all shipments to the U.S., customs duties and taxes will apply.
These charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

The amount of duties/taxes varies depending on the items purchased.
For details, please contact your local customs office.

If you refuse to accept your package and it is returned to Japan, we will refund the payment after deducting the following:

- Round-trip shipping costs (please note that return shipping to Japan is very expensive),
- Handling fees,
- Any customs duties and taxes incurred.

In some cases, because of the high cost of return shipping, the refund amount may be very little or nothing at all.
